I always start the session with a warm-up. Running and/or hurdle drills (depending on if I'm coaching a hurdler or sprinter). After that is the workout, then a cool down. I always explain what the workout is and what the athlete is expected to accomplish from them. I am very detailed and will be sure to be as specific as possible.

Client Reviews
Melinda (CoachUp client)
During the first session I quickly realized that Coach Eugene can provide you with the tools that you need to become a better Sprinter and Hurdler. He helps you as an individual to excel greatly through hard work, focus, and dedication. I am definitely looking forward to future sessions with him.
Jenea M. (Testimonial)
Eugene Hildebrand has worked with me ever since I was a perplexed high school-er to now, a mature young woman who has graduated from college. One of the greatest gifts I have given myself was the chance to train under a coach who is very motivational, inspirational, and supportive with each and every step I decide to take. I am sharing this information because I believe anybody who decides to work with Coach Eugene will benefit without a doubt. His commitment and belief will not allow you to do otherwise.
