I am an avid yoga practitioner as well as running junkie. I compete in races from 5k to marathons and utilize my yoga practice and knowledge as a way to maximize and recover from these runs. I was a competitive high school and track runner and have experience with different training modules. I have competed in triathlons, gymnastics, and played softball and basketball.
Our initial session would include an assessment of current fitness and goals. Each fitness plan would be unique to the client however we would find a balance of strength and aerobic challenge. I focus primarily in yoga, however depending on needs we may focus on recovery or combine yoga with boot camp to increase capacity. Sessions would be fun, but focused and result in big gains mentally and physically.
