More About Coach Eric
I have been coaching high school sports for 7 years and running their weight training programs for my entire tenure there. I have also been doing personal training for two years now at End Results Health & Wellness and recently opened up my own gym studio called Z32 Athletics. My specialization lies in strength & conditioning, speed & agility, injury prevention, and form analysis. I have my BS in Kinesiology from Cal State University Fullerton as well as my personal training certification through NASM. I work with people of all ages and from all walks of life!
I competed in Division I track & field at Cal State University Fullerton after four years of high school track and cross country. I specialized in the 800m race but I dabbled in almost every event because I loved the sport so much.
A typical session with me lasts about an hour and is a mixture of strength training, stabilization training, and core exercises. Depending on what phase of training we are in, those will either be super sets, maximum strength training, or a more cardio based exercise set. I also like to finish a workout with a good stretching session if a client is feeling any sort of tightness or soreness.

Client Reviews
Belinda (CoachUp client)
Coach Eric is awesome. He cares about his clients and their accomplishments. Great coach and person. He pushed me until I hit my goal and reminded me that I can run and to give it my all.
Dan (CoachUp client)
Coach Eric did a great job of coaching my son through technique and encouragement. My son has improved his running speed, specifically for baseball, significantly under the guise of Coach Eric. Thank you Coach!
Julie (CoachUp client)
Eric is very disciplined, professional and keeps me motivated
