More About Coach Eric

Hello, my name is Eric. I am a graduate of Fresno State and CSU Monterey Bay. I have been coaching high school and junior college football for over 12 years. During this time I have been the offensive and defensive line coach. I specialize in training offensive and defensive linemen. I currently train high school athletes in football, wrestling and strength and conditioning. Twice, I have been offered a job with a nationally ranked team in the USA Today newspaper. I am very passionate about the sport of football that I travel the entire state of CA to sit down and learn from the successful high school football teams.

As a coach, my most memorable achievements have come from seeing my students athletes get better individually with every training session. If they get better, the team they play on gets better and that is what this sport is all about....THE TEAM!

As a coach, the most important goal is to make the student athlete better every single day. My training will be tailored on the level of the student athlete where I will help them establish a solid foundation for offensive and defensive line play. Individual training will also vary in the type of offense they will be in. Why spend money going to a camp where the coach has no idea what offense you play in. I have been in a variety of offenses ranging from Spread, Pro, Option, No Huddle.

My private lessons will focus on:
- Warmup
- The Characteristics of offensive and defensive line play
- , Proper Stance
- Run Blocking and Pass Blocking individual technique
- Alignments and responsibilities for both.

Benefits of Private Sessions:
*Players receive 1-on-1 training with a specific lesson plan based on their individual skill level.
*Players new to football are exposed to the game in a private and friendly environment.
*Players build confidence on and off the field.
*Players will gain a solid foundation for line play
*Players get a real competitive advantage among their peers.

Client Reviews

Coach Eric got back to us immediately and maintained contact throughout the sessions. I appreciated the summary of what he went over with my son each day. The sessions were long which enabled him to teach a great deal. He broke it up well so that my son did not get exhausted. He is well organized and connected very well.

Coach Eric is a great fit for my son. I was impressed with his first training
session! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and passionate about the
sport. Eric was genuinely interested in my son's interests. As he taught, Eric
explained what to do, showed my son how to do it, and gave immediate
Feedback. He also explained why and his reasons behind what he was
teaching. My son connected with Coach Eric and is looking forward to the
Next training session! What else can a parent ask for?
I strongly recommend this coach to others!
