Javelin Coaching Specialist
21 years of competition and coaching experience in the javelin throw. My concepts and training comes from experience and mentorship from a javelin world record holder. We have coached several district / state qualifiers and champions. Our concepts are based on good fundamental mechanics, increased speed and strength conditioning, and reducing injury through proper technique.
Fully certified USATF track coach.

Typical Sessions include focusing on mechanical analysis, explanation of the throw, using leverage and the center of gravity to apply force. Correcting mistakes, enhancing strengths, and applying proper mechanics.
