I individualize my sessions to the athlete who is in front of me. You can always expect a proper warm up tailored to the activities of the day, a work out or technical session that prioritizes quality over quantity, and a cooldown that ties everything together and reinforces proper mechanics. In all sport, biomechanics drives performance so we will focus on moving efficiently and effectively no matter what the goal of the day is.

Client Reviews
Sarah (CoachUp client)
My daughter had her first session with Erick yesterday and we were both incredibly impressed. My daughter is in 8th grade and wanted help with high jump. Erick was friendly and my daughter felt comfortable with him right away. He did a great job of assessing where her current skills are and where she has room for growth. She improved so much in 1 short session and couldn’t stop talking about how happy she was all the way home. I would highly recommend Erick for his extensive knowledge, understanding of exercise mechanics, ability to communicate and kindness.

Erick has been great with my high school son who is newer to pole vaulting. Great tips & cues, encouraging & patient. The facility is terrific & he has a really nice rapport with my son. Hit a new height at a meet after 3 sessions :)
Darryl (CoachUp client)
Great coach! My son has better running posture and shaved time off after just 3 sessions. Erick explains things very well as to WHY you’re doing this and WHY you’re doing that. I highly recommend Erick. My son enjoys sessions. My son is 16 and new to track btw.
