With 15 years of experience in fitness and sports performance, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from high-level athletes and beginner athletes to individuals focused on significant weight loss and those recovering from various injuries. I train clients aged 8 and up.

The plan is tailored to the focus of each session, built around the individual goals and needs of every athlete. Regardless of the objective, every workout begins with a dynamic warm-up or movement prep to prime your body for the work ahead. Following this, the session moves into strength or performance training, ensuring there’s ample time at the end for a proper cool-down and recovery. My top priority is injury prevention, with performance gains and body composition improvements naturally following.
