15 years in the fitness and sports performance industry training a wide variety of clientele including both athletes and non athletes. I’ve trained high level athletes, beginners athletes, clients with extreme weight loss goals and individuals dealing with a variety of injuries. I train ages 8 and above.

The plan depends on the focus of the session. My programs are based on the goals and needs of each athlete. No matter what the goal is, each workout will start with a dynamic warm up or movement prep to get your body ready for the work we will put in that session. After the warm up/movement prep the athlete will be put through a strength or performance workout while making sure the session ends with enough time for proper cool down and recovery. My focus is on injury prevention first. Performance improvements and changes in body composition come in addition to that.
