More About Coach Elim
I have coached people from the ages of 6 all the way up to 60 in multiple different sports. I have been a CrossFit trainer for one and a half years at Carter park Cross Fit. I have also worked with different college (D3) athletes giving advise on workout methods, correcting technique and giving nutritional advise. I am comfortable working with any age group but my focus is middle school, high school and college athletes looking to enhance their athletic ability to excel in their given sport.
Within Cross Fit I am Proficient in demonstrating, preforming and teaching all the movements involved in Cross Fit, Even the more complex movements such as the Olympic lifts like the Snatch (145lbs) and the Clean (200Lbs) and Jerk (165lbs). I am also Proficient in demonstrating, preforming and teaching the more advanced Gymnastic movements such as the Toes to bar, Ring and Bar muscle ups, Pistols (Full depth single leg squats) and Handstand walking and handstand Push ups.

0-3 Intro & Workout explanation
3-10 Generic Warm up
10-15 Movement specific warm up

15-35 Strength/Skill that build strength
(Water break)
35-50 Metabolic condition
50-60 cool down & stretch
(for 1.5/2 hour session I would either multiply by 1.5/2 or I would add more of training pieces such as core building depending on the athletes goals and requests)
