More About Coach Elijah
Currently I am coaching 5th and 9th Grade AAU programs. I've worked with 9u-16u teams. Previously I have worked in many camps ranging from ages 6-14. More recently I take free time to work with division 2 Athletes at my alma-mater. I love teaching the game and sharing my knowledge with coachable youth.
I played basketball for Concordia College which is a division II program competing in the CACC of the NCAA. Three year starter, captain and Scholarship athlete!
When approaching training I believe it is important to try and tailor workouts geared to helping the current trainee. Ball handling and shooting are key for all positions so a variety of drills will be implemented no matter the position.
