More About Coach Elicia

I have experience coaching athletes in creating group training as well as one-on-one work. Weightlifting, agility, plyometrics, speed and functional movements are key styles to building out a program for each individual athletes and or team. I've coached athletes in elementary to high school athletes, the sports included are; Baseball, Football, Girls Flag Football, Golf, Gymnastics, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, and Volleyball. Collegiate level for Football, Soccer, Baseball and Basketball. Professional athletes in the Soccer, Football, and Basketball. I've worked at Envy Training in Las Vegas and currently with Phase 1 Elite Performance and Health as well as freelanced training outside of the facility. I'm ISSA certified in personal training and have experience as an athlete in Soccer, Cross Country, Basketball, and Track & Field.

400m, 4x100m, 4x200, 4x400m New Mexico State champ. varsity soccer, cross country, basketball, and track & field athlete, Women's Track and Field Scholarship 2014-2018. 400m, 4x400m, and 4x100m RMAC conference champion. National qualifier in the 400m, 4x400m, and 4x100.

A typical training session would consist of a warm-up, sprint intervals, plyometric circuit, resistance training and cool-down.
I'll lead an in-depth warm up while learning the athletes goals and position of play. While leading the dynamic warm up and mobility I watch form for the athletes strengths and possible weaknesses. When selecting and building an athlete a speed program I must asses first what state they are in and what level of workload they can handle. For sports specific training I incorporate the same approach but take away sprint intervals and add skill development.

Client Reviews

Coach Elicia is a great coach. She communicates in a timely manner and shows up on time. She's very informative when it comes to the athlete and provides plenty of knowledge that will help keep the athletes body in excellent shape. She's kind and patient to my 8 year old son.
