Elias E.

I am currently a Junior High football at Crystal City ISD. I have worked with kids all ages throughout the years. I have coached in the college level at Sul Ross State. I usually work with kids from 7th to 12 grade since I work at a school district.

I was a 4 year starter at linebacker in high school. I also started my freshman year at quarterback. I was All District 2 years at linebacker. I played 3 years of college football at Sul Ross State. I played multiple positions like Linebacker, Defensive Line, Defensive End, Tight End, Fullback, and played some Scout Quarterback at times.

They can expect a lot of energy from me. I would start with some Dynamic movements to get the body warm. Then I'll stretch the athlete until they arm. Then I will alternate days in the weight room in which they will work on a lot of explosive fast twitch movements. Then once were done we will do a cool down and stretch some more.
