I place a big emphasis on skill development and technique refinement. We work on advance drills and train every player as I would train a major league baseball player. I execute individualized training plans and work on it until repetitively until improvements are made. For youth players I focus on skill development, perfecting mechanics such as hitting, throwing, catching with great precision and detail oriented.

We met Coach Eddie for the first time last weekend. My 8 year old needs work on his fielding and batting mechanics. Coach Eddie jumped right into a warm up on footwork, then moved onto fielding drills. Next he spent time in the batting cages. I liked his enthusiastic approach to coaching, my kid responds very well to positivity. We had a great session and we'll definitely be booking some more before the Spring Season starts.
