I have made entire training plan by folder that explain our warmups, workouts and cycles.
- Sprint Drills
- Dynamic Flexibility
- General Strength
- Mobility Moment
- Med Ball & Multiple Throws
- Multiple Jumps/Bounding
- pole-vault drills
Currently, my training plan includes cycles over a 4 week period. Three weeks are are training and a week of rest/ light exercises. I can include twice a week lifting but wouldn’t recommend for age 16 or below.

With my college kids during the rest week, we test in throws, jumps, sprints and lifting. This isn’t needed but can be an option.

However, I can make the training plan around the athlete from beginner to high level.
