We will begin with a stretch. Next we will jump into some explosive warmups and plyos. Next we will do some footwork because footwork is key in the football world. And YES this is for every position even the LINEMAN. Next we will do some position training drills and end with some cardio work. If you aren't ready to put in work, blood, sweat and tears than this workout isn't for you. I will push you to your limit. This workout is very intense !!!-
