I am a fitness coach and speaker with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC), and World Kettlebell Club (WKC) Fitness Trainer Certification.
Received my B.S. and M.S. degrees in exercise science & physiology from the University of Kansas where he attended on a track scholarship and was fortunate enough to run with teammates Gale Sayers and Jim Ryun in addition to being a member of an NCAA Indoor Championship track team in 1966.
Was a high school track, cross country, and gymnastics coach for 10 years and a track coach at Kansas University for 2 years.
Have been a personal trainer for ten years working 1-on-1 and boot camps.
