More About Coach Doron
I have over 19 years of knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning. I played both high school and college football, and had a brief stint with the arena football league. I became a certified personal trainer in 2003. My focus as a fitness and lifestyle coach is to improve your overall lifestyle through physical fitness, nutrition and mental preparation exercises.
I am certified as a Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Holistic Life Coach with the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and certified in CPR/First Aid/AED with the American Heart Association. I have also earned a certification in Sports and Fitness Psychology from California State University (Dominguez Hills).
My workouts are designed according to my clients needs and goals. I do not believe in the "one size fits all" concept. Everyone is different. Therefore, me and my clients will sit down with each other and put together and a plan that we both feel will help them achieve their fitness and life goals.

I always start each session with either a warm-up lap, jump rope or jumping jacks. Then we will go through a series of stretches to loosen up the muscles, followed by another lap or more jump roping. After the warm-up, we will begin our workout for that day.
I like to use the High Intensity Interval Training method or better known as HIIT. This method builds and strengthens your muscles and increases your cardiovascular endurance at the same time. We will do two to three exercises in a row, followed by a cardio exercise. For example, our first exercise might be squats, followed by step-ups on a bench and then burpees. After we do all three exercises that would be considered as one set. We will typically do three to four sets of a cycle before moving on to another cycle of exercises.

Client Reviews
Alan Spotts (Testimonial)
I love working out with Doron because he is flexible to your needs and it’s not the same boring routine you get with every other trainer. He pushes me to my limits without being intimidating or overbearing. I used to consider his sessions a supplement to my training. Now they are an essential part of it. I feel energized for an entire week after a single work out with Doron.
