More About Coach Donny

Coach for the past 10+ years training athletes of all ages - from elementary to Division 1 collegiate - working as both a coach and trainer. Typically work with athletes 13+ both male and female. Certifications include NSCA - CPT, ISAA, and Precision Nutrition (BA degree in Applied Nutrition)

Collegiate football and lacrosse athlete at Sacred heart University and Montclair State University - names captain in both sports. Played both Defensive back and wide receiver as well as close defense respectively. Multi-sport athlete in high school awarded all-state honors.

An hour session working on the fundamentals of resistance and weight training focused building a foundation for strength. Session includes a dynamic warm-up, body of work and complete cool down with stretch. The first consultation session is used to understand our athletes and how to program individually for each of them.
