I’ve coached a flag football team with a team full of novice 1st graders, a professional football team with a roster stacked with veterans and various teams and talent levels in between the two. My philosophy is rooted in the fact that no two athletes are the same and therefore, should not be coached/trained the same. I develop a customized training plan for each of my athletes that allows them to build on their strengths while mitigating the areas in which they aren’t as strong.

I was an All-American high school quarterback, FBS starting quarterback at The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and continued on to play professionally for 5 years. I was also an MVP and Captain/Co-Captain at each level on which I have played.

My sessions are broken down and scripted just as a practice would be. Every minute is accounted for allowing for the maximum amount of learning/training time. Each session has a focus and builds upon the previous session(s).
