More About Coach Diana
Currently I coach 40 track and field athletes at a successful Los Angeles public all girls high school. I started the program two years ago. I coach all the track events (sprinting and distance), hurdles, long jump and shot put. Additionally, I coach adults in race training from 5k to the marathon. I have been training private clients (of all ages) in strength, cardio conditioning and Reformer Pilates since 2003.

Current NFHS Coach
I ran track in high school. My events were hurdles and the 800. Our 4x800 meter relay team competed at the state track meet 3 years in a row. Since high school I have transitioned to distance running and most enjoy running half marathons. I have never been injured (knock on wood) because I am vigilant about keeping up with my strength and flexibility.
Each session will be tailored to the clients specific wants/needs depending on the desired event and outcome. All sessions will contain strength, balance, agility, cardio, and flexibility training. We will also focus on the VERY important race aspects of proper recovery, strategy, grace, stress/mental health and mental toughness.
