I've worked with athletes of all ages, from youth soccer players to collegiate lacrosse players and Masters-level equestrians.
My best clients have prevented ACL injuries; overcome back, knee, and shoulder pain; regained shoulder mobility; and strengthened their core while becoming significantly stronger and faster. Other clients have improved their sprint speed, vertical jump, and strength within weeks of working with me.
In college I trained over 50 U.S. Army cadets to pass the Physical Fitness Test over the course of 3 years. I founded my business in April 2013. Previously, I worked as the Director of Personal Training & Sports Performance at a Health Club and then as a Post-Rehabilitation Specialist.
In 2014, I opened my own business - Optimize Fitness & Performance in Franklin, MA. It is Franklin's first semi-private personal training gym. We focus on providing personal training, sports performance, and injury post-rehabilitation at an exceptional level. We've built strong connections with local professionals to provide the best quality to our athletes and clients.

I was the varsity co-captain of my high school wrestling team. Recently, I have competed in several amateur submission grappling tournaments. Both of these sports require intense physical conditioning and a strong foundation of athleticism.

Every client begins with a detailed assessment. I'm a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) expert and use it to determine every athlete's injury risk.
Each training session begins working on soft tissue quality, mobility, core stability, and muscle activation for the rotator cuff and hips.
From there, we focus on explosive strength and speed before working on strength training. Sessions finish with sports-specific conditioning, if time allows. Otherwise athletes receive a program for off-day conditioning.
