More About Coach Desmond
Experience on the professional level; I have worked with several athletes on different levels such as rec League, middle school, high school and college.
Graduated high school in 2018, where I was a star athlete who lettered all four years in Football and basketball. In high school I received a reward for the most rushing yards in my conference. Played college football as well.
With my athletes I focus on footwork & speed because having these two concepts makes it easy for the athletes to perform at any position. Conditioning is the main factor being in shape leads to better performance.
