I have coached high school and college in New York and in Atlanta. I focus on strength speed endurance. Whatever your event is in track I know the aspects about it. Created a national high 60m champion and 100 & 200 meter national champion. 400m Junior Olympic champion also. Coach recently 800 and triple jump njcaa national champions 2018.

I am a 2x all-american in the 800 and 4x400. USA national champion indoors 4x400 in 1999.
Regional cross country champion men and women for my college team

10 min warmup and stretching drills. Actual workout followed by 10 min cool down streching. During workout I correct form technique and teach you how to relax while you are running
