I have 12 years of coaching and training athletes I have coach at the youth high school and college levels as a coach and trainer I usually work with ages 7-18 I am a Devine trainer who focuses on how I can help a individual or team develop through targeted training that is aligned to the strategic goals of the team or player I have a diverse set of skills and qualities that ensure the training I provide is always to a high standard. I train all positions from various levels and age groups my results are guaranteed

I have played since the age of 8 years old I have played at the college level I competed at Mendocino college as well as high school I am an all around athlete I have played the game of football numerous years and been a coach and student of the game I have been around numerous professional players and I have players I have coached playing at the college level as well as professionally I was an all league my senior year as a standout quarterback I was also a 3 year team captain

I specialize in all around positioning drills for skill positions with cone drills and footwork and agility drills we will start with warm ups to get the athletes body going good stretching, calisthenics high knees lunges squats etc then get straight into agility and positioning drills for the specific positions of the athlete cone drills , feetwork drills , drills for the agility ladder and drills that enhances the athletes mental the trainings I do are of high value I do a lot of technique trainings as well slit of the trainings I do are not taught to athletes
