I have been giving private coaching and training sessions in New York for the past 13 years and now Northern Virginia for the past 3 years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from several certifications and hands on experience working with a wide array of clients. My certifications include ACSM, Crossfit, USAW, and USA Track and Field.

I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels, but I especially enjoy working with competitive athletes, or those striving to excel in their fitness. I focus on teaching when and how to use skills and take a no nonsense, but supportive approach with my clients.
