I have been training and coaching athletes for more than 5 years. Currently, I am an assistant coach at UW-Madison coaching; Sprints, Hurdles, Relays and Horizontal Jumps. Prior to UW, I was an All Conference and National qualifier at the Division 1 level at the University of Southern Illinois Edwardsville. I first began coaching with the Aurora Flyers Track Club and have coached numerous kids and teenagers to national level success. I am very versatile, with the ability, knowledge and experience to coach first timers to pro athletes.

I am a high school All American, Collegiate All Conference, OVC Champion 2x and NCAA Division 1 National Qualifier. I have received athlete of the year as well.

My sessions are dependent on the needs of my client. Each session will last around an hour and will cover a wide range of exercises. I am a firm believer that perfecting the little things create great athletes.
