More About Coach Dennis
I developed a passion for sports, fitness, and nutrition from a very young age, and have been helping people achieve their wellness goals for over 10 years. I grew up in Greece, where it is believed that a strong, healthy body is needed to harbor a sound mind. My athleticism quickly developed from basketball, to boxing, and later bodybuilding, where I secured first place in two competitions abroad. In England I developed a strength and conditioning program for my University's rugby team and began personal training sessions after class. Upon completing my studies I returned to Greece in 2005 to help out with my family's company. During the evenings and weekends, I worked as a freelance personal trainer with a minimum of 15 clients per week, and conducted both 1-on-1 and group sessions. A couple of my clientele were athletes who, with my guidance, won medals in fitness and bodybuilding competitions.

For my new clients I always start out with a free consultation session. This involves sitting down and gauging where you are at from a health and fitness perspective and where you would like to be. We will discuss any problems or concerns that you have as well. We will develop some realistic, measurable goals and I will strategize a training plan that caters to those goals.
When it comes time for training, each session will be different from the previous. This alleviates boredom and keeps the client motivated and wanting more. I use a variety of techniques to shock the body such as supersets, drop sets, and giant sets. I also implement diet tricks to achieve faster results for losing weight, fat, or gaining muscle. My training as a professional chef has allowed me to realize that the best results are achieved not in the gym, but in the kitchen. This is why I recommend to my clients that nutrition, diet, and method of food preparation are of the utmost importance. I also help clients regain their self confidence, start loving their body, and using it as a tool. After all, every body is unique.
I take a more holistic approach toward personal training and try to help people adopt fitness as a way of life, not just as a temporary objective. My sessions are catered to each individual's goals, needs, anatomy and ability, but I always emphasize the importance of diet, nutrition and supplementation.
