I've trained athletes personally and virtually. I typically have worked with high school and college-aged kids, but I've also helped guys get ready for professional camps and was NASM certified

I played both collegiately (CCSF/Missouri Southern State) and professionally in AF2 for the Stockton Lightning. Won defensive MVP in 2009 vs Boise Burn.

Warm-up, DB Technique and Footwork or Speed Work, Cool Down. That's outside work. In the gym, we'd alternate lower body with upper and core. All sessions progress in physical and technical difficulty over time, so as to safely facilitate an increase in response and performance.
