I'm a former professional Arena football player whose played for 7 years with opportunities to workout and tryout for a few NFL, CFL,and Arena 1 teams. I am the official trainer and defensive back coach of the Atlanta Sharks professional arena team. I've coached at the professional arena football level as the defensive back coach for the San Angelo bandits, semi pro level as the defensive coordinator and defensive back coach for Team James sports management ,and I've worked with several high school athletes. I typically work with ages varying from 5 years old and older. I am a IFA certified Personal trainer

In a typical session my clients can expect to learn more about his or her technique form and skills, I like to take my clients through specific drills to perfect their form,speed,agility and explosiveness as well as work and tighten up their technique.
