I have 16yrs of coaching experience in Basketball and Football. I have trained football players for semi pro leagues and also high school. I have trained at Pittsburg High School, Armijo High School and varies middles schools. I also train kids and adults for off season to keep them on track. I work with all ages. I have also coached the pee wee league for Antioch Youth Football and also West Pittsburg Football League. I coach OLB/FB.

I played football all through High School and I was recruited to play for team USA overseas. I currently play semi pro football and the team I played for two years ago won the Championship. I have also played in all stars games for semi pro football. I currently play Semi Pro football and I train 3 times a week for football. I am known for fast technique and footwork.

First I would start off with a warm-up, then stretch, ply metrics, cone drills, speed and technique. Then we would go into football specific agility drills then cool down and stretch.
