Coached grade school + coached college athletes for 3+ years and I’m currently looking for any level athlete who wants to build habits to become the best they possibly can be.

4 time high school Track and Field/Cross Country state championship participant

Division 1 Collegiate Track and Field/Cross Country athlete (Eastern Michigan University)

A typical session would include:

Assess athletes mentality for the day
General warm up done together
Gauge the appropriate intensity for the workout
Practice technique specific to that runner
Discuss purpose of the day’s workout
Coach and monitor athlete through the workout
Cool down, discuss and document workout results
Stretching and mobility will be done either before, during, or after workout depending on the athlete’s needs
