During my time as a collegiate athlete, I volunteered with a local youth football team. I spent 3 seasons coaching youth football players.
The last 3 years, while playing in the NFL, I helped train high school and NFL prospects prepare for the NFL combine.

A training session with me will focus heavily on core football fundamentals, and position specific drills. I will also do an evaluation to determine strengths and weaknesses. I will then create an individualized service plan aimed at improving the players weaknesses, and strengthening their strengths. I will also incorporate film study and teach the players how to watch and critique themselves as well as their upcoming opponents.
I am very hands on. I am only 1 year out of the NFL, so I will participate and challenge my clients myself.
