More About Coach David

I am a certified yoga instructor and I have spent my life obsessed with the human body. This passion has aided me in my athletic pursuits in reaching my goal of becoming a Division I student-athlete and I hope to help those who have goals of maximizing their physical fitness potential.

I have received multiple scholarships to play college basketball at the division 1 level thanks to my diligence and commitment to physical training. I played basketball for multiple years at Colgate University in New York, a school not only known for athletics, but also it's academia. Throughout this process, I have learned the tools necessary to help you reach your goals in improving your physical fitness which will translate into a better life overall both mentally and physically.

I would most likely start with activating the glutes, hamstring, and abdominals, move onto glute dominant leg based workouts with a strict focus on maintaining a ridged straight spine. Then I would tropically end a workout with some active hip mobility and facial release of the quad and pecs. Thats a basic structure I come back to a lot, workouts will always be slightly tailored to clients specific needs but it turns out everyone generally has the same issues. Each workout will be completely different and there is no redundancy as to continually keep the muscles constantly adapting and therefore developing.

This has really helped me improve myself when I am not always able to meet up with him in person.
