As a Strength & Conditioning coach I have over 10 years of experience working with athletes from all sports and from elementary, junior high, high school, collegiate, and professional level. I've owned Genesis Fitness & Performance the past 6 years where I have had 50+ all district athletes, 20+ NCAA Division 1 scholarship athletes, and pro athletes from the MLB Twins, Tigers, Brewers organizations, as well as the NFL Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, and Philadelphia Eagles.

I hold multiple certifications, including CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), CPPS (Certified Physical Performance Specialist), USA Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Level 1, FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist), and others.

Former football, baseball, and track athlete with the opportunity to run track (100m & 200m dash) in college.

I currently work with all sports focusing on each athlete's specific goals, issues, and time frame, with guaranteed success.

My main clientele who get the best results from my training are baseball and softball athletes, football athletes, lacrosse athletes, and wrestlers.

I specialize in working with athletes coming back from an injury to help make sure they get as healthy as possible and return back to their sport better than before their injury.

Each athlete receives their own individual custom workout based on an initial evaluation, goal setting session, time frame, sport, and needs.

Each session will focus on mobility/flexibility, sport specific speed, power, strength, and minimizing the athlete's risk of injury.

Sessions typically run anywhere from 60-90 minutes depending on their workout for that day.
