Client Reviews

Briana C. David has done an amazing job helping me develop a customized personal overall health plan to help me accomplish my fitness and health goals - helping me lose 50 lbs! He works with the equipment I have and my strengths and weaknesses to make sure I improve what I need to! Excellent coach to help you meet your specific goals!
Good workout, very professional and knowledgable. Explains why to do certain things makes sure you have good form and do everything the right way. Just as good as anyone that charges $50/hr or more.
I'm a softball player at Waldorf College and I had the privilege of working with Coach David last year. I came to him in the fall, trying to work through a hip flexor injury and build strength specific to my sport [pitching]. Though Coach David was not working with the softball team, he took the time to make a personalized workout for me, including sport-specific lifts/exercises, and strengthening stretches for my hip. On top of that, he built one-on-one time with me into his busy schedule, making sure that I was doing all the lifts correctly and helping me to improve with each session. He also kept in touch with me when I was on the road traveling for games, checking in on my hip and my confidence. He is an excellent coach, one to takes time to work individually with athletes and who genuinely cares about their well being. I honestly would not have had half of the success I had last season without him
I have been athletic my whole life, I ran track in high school, College, and professionally for two years and David has always offered an extremely awesome, tailoring, specific, and individual work out for whatever the needs maybe. He listens to his clients and worked with them in their schedules to deliver maximum results. He communicates extremely well in instructions very well. He goes above and beyond in every session and is almost always working on something in your absence. He is extremely reasonable in his expectations and growth of clients in athletes. I would recommend David to anyone on any level for any health goals. He is the most knowledgeable and personal trainer that I know, and take the time to make sure that his clients know exactly why they're doing what they're doing to receive the most benefit.
