I am a very passionate coach, focused on improving each individuals muscular imbalances, posture, and technique. One can expect attention to detail, a very fun time, yet in a challenging experience. I seek to teach and give the athletes I work with knowledge, self esteem, and accountability. I start workout sessions with a details warmup which is a movement screening. Followed by the training session and finally a cool down. All depending on training age after the cool down is weight training. Each workout is catered towards the individual and the sports/ events they participate in.

Client Reviews
Karlanda (CoachUp client)
Coach David was one of the best coaches I ever had. He has mastered the foundations of coaching, sport performance, and athlete recovery. What seperates him from most coaches is he not only has a passion for track but for the coaching profession. He has the innate ability to coach professionals, elite athletes, and beginners.
I am 38 years old and hired him to prepare me for a Police event. I had several mobility limitations and Coach specialized my training to accommodate me while still preparing me for peak performance.
He was worth every penny. He has a working knowledge in strength and conditioning, sport psychology, injury prevention, athlete development, athlete goal setting, and nutrition.
I lost 23 pounds while improving my agility, speed, skill, stamina, strength, and flexibility.I recommend Coach to not only athletes but to any law enforcement personnel and military personnel preparing for SWAT, specialized units, federal LEO PT tests, and Cooper tests.
Coach David can coach it all!
