More About Coach David

I have a coaching minor from The University of Tulsa and experience teaching strength and conditioning as well as speed training. I typically work with high school students who wish to extend their athletic career into college, but also work with athletes of all ages and experience levels.

I competed at the D1 collegiate level for 5 years at The University of Tulsa. My specialty was 400 meter hurdles but I also ran the 110m Hurdles, 400m Dash, as well as in 4x100m and 4x200m relays.

Every session will start with a dynamic warm-up that prepares the athlete for the upcoming technique and speed training. About a third of the session will be spent on technique, working on form and specific event-related technique. The remainder will be a workout specific to the athlete's events and/or goals.
