It starts with fundamentals and repetition. We will do drills that will train you in every aspect of the game. Drills that are specific to strengthening your skill level in shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defense. As long as you are committed to putting work in! The workout begins with the proper stretching then we start with the Mikan drill then we move into various shooting drills. Foot speed and agility is next that leads into our defensive/slides. Then, ball handling drills that included left hand and right hand dribbling, two ball dribbling and speed dribbling, and passing drills that incorporate squaring up after every catch to prepare how to make the next play with or without the ball. Then we finish up with More shooting drills that include rebounding, passing, catch and shoot, and speed dribble with pull-up jumpers and power drives to the rim.

Coach hit it off with my son right away!

My Son , did his first session with Coach Darryl and I'm truly satisfied with the kind of machanics and superb ball handling he's teaching my son he also has good motivation for young athletes. I will definitely continue booking more sessions.

Coach Daryl was great with my daughter. Looking forward to scheduling more workouts

Coach Darryl is ELITE!! Great communicator and a wealth of knowledge. He really challenged my son and got him out of his comfort zone. If you want to be coached the RIGHT way, go see Coach Darryl. My son can’t wait till his next session.

Thank you so much for everything I appreciate it! Looking forward to our next workout

My 15 year old grandson had his first one on one training session with Coach Darryl and he was fantastic! He conducted a very challenging workout, enhancing his ball handling skills, and scoring off the dribble among other things. He was very encouraging and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Coach Darryl was a great coach for my 8 year old son who plays at beginner level. He has great patience and motivates very well!!

Just had our first session wit Coach Darryl and will definitely be booking more sessions with him. My son has no experience playing basketball and Coach Darryl was patient and encouraging. His drills were challenging enough, yet not too challenging so as to discourage my son. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and can't wait for his next session.

We met with Coach Darryl yesterday and I have to say he was outstanding!!! Five stars!! The whole session was packed with instruction and skills, he went from drill to drill and gave great instruction and encouragement! You can definitely tell he has been coaching for awhile, he encourages hard work and practice to improve your game and even gave my son "homework" to do until we see him again. My son can't wait until his next session! I would highly recommend Coach Darryl to anyone!

My first client ever was Mark Wilcox who was an all-county performer who went on to start on the division1 level. I cant speak for all the guys that I have helped become better player. But Mark has always spoke very highly of what my work outs did for him as a player.
