I am the Head Cross Country Coach at Spanaway Lake HS, currently. I work with MS & HS Athletes. I have completed the NFHS coaches education. This year I coached two athletes to the District Championships for the first time in ten years for SLHS.

I ran cross country, track and indoor tack for 4 years at Midwest City HS. I ran 5k's, the 800, 1600 and 3200. My times were middle of the road. I did not compete at the collegiate level.

10 minute warm up jog & agilities. The first few sessions I would conduct an Oregon drill to look at form and make corrections on form if needed. Interval, hill, distance, track and weight room work depending on what the client wants from the sessions. All interval work would be at a given time the athlete needs to run at. I would work on visualization and diet of the athlete if that is needed, also.
