I have coached lacrosse for the past 10 years now. I have spent time coaching youth, high school, and most recent at the college level. I am currently the full time Assistant Coach / Offensive Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator for Men's Lacrosse at Babson College. I have coached in Grafton, MA with the youth and High School program for many years and I have been the Offensive Coordinator for Clark University and Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH. I have also held the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Clark University in Worcester, MA and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Offensive Coordinator that produced 2 of the 6 top scorers in the NEWMAC Conference in the 2018 season. I am still ranked top 25 in points in Massachusetts all time scoring. I was a 2 time captain, 2 time mvp, 4 time league all star, 4 time cmass all star, 2 time T & G Super team. 354 career high school points.

Each client will vary based on their goals but I would start with a dynamic warm up and activation exercises for injury prevention. Next we would go into stick work drills and then foot work drills. If the athletes goals where to increase strength then this would be the time I would go to some strength work. Next would be shooting/defense drills and then finishing up with conditioning.
