More About Coach Dan

I have coached lacrosse for the past 12 years now. I have spent time coaching youth, high school, and most recently at the college level. I have successful experience working with youth, high school, collegiate, and world game athletes. Some of my past work experiences include Assistant Coach / Offensive Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator for Men's Lacrosse at Babson College. I also worked at Burr & Burton Academy teaching wellness, personal fitness, and coaching. I have coached in Grafton, MA with the youth and High School program for many years and I have been the Offensive Coordinator for Clark University and Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH. I have also held the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Clark University in Worcester, MA and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Offensive Coordinator that produced 2 of the 6 top scorers in the NEWMAC Conference in the 2018 season. I am still ranked top 25 in points in Massachusetts all time scoring. I was a 2 time captain, 2 time mvp, 4 time league all star, 4 time cmass all star, 2 time T & G Super team. 354 career high school points.

Each client's session will be catered to their goals. We will always begin with a warm up to prep the body for athletic movements and prevent injuries. From here the session will be geared towards the client's goals. Things like, throwing and catching, different types of shooting, dodging, footwork, checks..etc. At the end of the session, we will finish with a cool down and stretch.

Coach Dan made a huge impression on my son. Our initial goals were strength training, especially in the core and achieving more symmetrical strength throughout the body.
