I am a Semi-Professional Middle-Long Distance Runner specializing in the 1500m through to the 5000m. I am a full-time personal trainer and running Coach who believes in making athletes durable with weight training to accompany there other athletic pursuits. I specialize in performance specific strength and conditioning and creating periodized running plans to get you to your specific goals and set new Personal Bests! I believe an Individualized approach to Coaching is a key factor in an athlete's success.
I have competed Nationally and have run for England. I then came to the United States and ran at the D1 Level for 6 years and then entered the Semi-Professional World as a Runner. I have set multiple College records and also won Sport's Personality of the Year back in the Uk in 2012 and ran with the Olympic Torch.
I believe every client needs something different and so I have a client consultation with all my clients before deciding on a plan of action. Typically this could look like a running plan to get you to a specific running goal or a strength plan to get you to build muscle mass. It really depends on the individual and what they want to accomplish.
