Session plans depend on many factors, including your event focus, experience, strengths, and weaknesses. I individualize training based off each of these factors to ensure that we maximize fitness and learning, while minimizing injuries!

In general, a session plan includes a progressive warm up (dynamic stretching, event specific drills), workout (technique, speed, endurance, power, etc), and cool down (stretch, foam roll, nutrition).
