I have experience training young runners from middle school through college in all aspects of running, including mid and long distances. I have also worked with mid-senior adult crowds and I know what it takes to cater to the individual to help him/her reach his/her goals.

-Competed at the highest level of NCAA Division III track and field.
-All American in the indoor mile (5th in National meet in 4:11)
-Indoor personal best in Mile is 4:09.
-Indoor personal best in 3k is 8:38
-Team distance medley relay best is 10:00
-4-time conference meet MVP
-13 conference titles (mile, 1500, 5k, 2-time 3k, 2-time DMR, 3-time 4x800, 3-time 1000)
-Personal best 5k time of 14:52.
-Personal best 1500 time of 3:50.00 (7th fastest in nation of DIII in 2012)
-Competed in NCAA DIII outdoor Nationals in 1500 placing 10th.

Then, the fun begins and we both get to witness your transformation, whether that be losing 20 pounds, increased confidence, and overall happiness and health.

I am very flexible and will cater to your needs; if running is not your thing we can adjust and incorporate biking, swimming, and other weight training exercises as needed.

Most importantly, we will have fun and it is my job to make sure you have the most balanced program to increase your fitness and minimize injuries.

I had my first session with coach Daniel this morning. I was nervous/excited not knowing what to expect since I’m new to running. Coach Daniel taught me how to properly warm up and stretch pre-workout and post-workout. The workout itself went well! Coach Daniel ran with me the entire time and gave me great feedback throughout the run. Coach Daniel is a genuine person that is interested in you as a person and your goals. He listened to my concerns and gave me helpful tools/suggestions. Coach Daniel was friendly upon my first meet up! He introduced himself & we got right into running. He asked about my past running experience and my running goals. I approached coach for a short period of time. With very few days at hand to accomplish what I wanted, coach Daniel got straight to working with me. Laid out a strategy to target first breathing, form and eventually pase. Trust me I got better, with just that one session and advice. I kept following what he had told me to do without over doing anything and I am getting better. Coach Daniel is very helpful and understand your goal and will work with you in very technical way. He is very friendly and will always have a great chat while you are training with him. I didn't realize that I could run that far the first time I ran with him.

Daniel is an amazing running coach who is an expert at analyzing your running style and helping you to fix or optimize it. He works with you in many ways and tailors your instruction and training based on the distance, frequency, and type of running you want to do (casual running, short races, long distance races, etc.) If I could give more than five stars, I would. Daniel is very effective at encouraging and motivating you to do your best, yet will always have your best interests - in terms of athletic goals and health - in mind.
