I have been a Speed, Strength and Conditioning Coach for the past 10 years, working at 3 separate Division One Collegiate Institutions. My training philosophy is based on principles I have learned being a Division one collegiate basketball player and a practicing strength and conditioning coach for the last ten years.

In my ten years as a strength and conditioning professional I have worked with thousands of athletes who play a variety of sports. My training experience I have worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes preparing them to reach their athletic potential. The goal of my strength and conditioning program is to build a stronger more explosive athlete by incorporating free weight training. The ability to move faster and change direction more efficiency are staples in my philosophy to develop athletes.

I begin my sessions with a dynamic warm up, followed by speed and agility drills. The focus of these drills is to learn to move and change speeds more explosively and efficiently. Strength Training follows with a focus of development of Strength and Power. Core Training and metabolic conditioning conclude the sessions
