I coached high school football back in early 2000’s at Lynn English. Trained players in off season workouts during that time .I coached in youth football program for four years
Two time Lynn Item all star and Salem News Allstar. playing at Marblehead High school. Went on to Prep School at Worcester Academy winning MVP of team during a 9-0 season.. Earned scholarship to Umass Amherst as linebacker . Team won 1AA National Championship in 1998. beating 14-0 Georgia Southern.. Was awarded special teams player of the year freshman year at Umass..
A client can expect plenty of footwork and agility drills. Along with a dynamic warm up ,big emphasis on plyometrics ,and sprint drills to increase their speed.. Im a firm believer speed is essential to becoming the best football player you can be. A client will definitely get faster with me. I was taught speed with these drills by my dad and was top 3 fastest on Umass football team. .
Will wok on any fundamentals needed for the individual clients position needs. Very knowledgeable on all positions I was coached by some of the best. My Head coach Mark Whipple at Umass was also quarterback coach for Ben Rothisberger the year he won the Super Bowl for the Steelers. . Raised by father who played halfback at Syracuse in same backfield with NFL Hall of Famers Larry Csonka and Floyd Little. My dad was coached by legendary coach Ben Schwartzwalder. Much of my Dads knowledge was passed on to me from him .
