You warm-up how you practice, and you practice how you play.
We always begin with a proper warm-up. You can not perform how you want unless you have good blood flow and your muscles are completely warm and ready to compete. We also focus on specific dynamic stretches to increase flexibility in the hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calf muscles. Flexibility is extremely important, not only help you be the best athlete, but to also protect you from injury.

Then for a new athlete, I will first take you through a series of different drills that will test your balance, speed, agility, coordination, and core. The way that you perform these drills will give me a good idea on exactly what your strengths and weaknesses are. From that moment on we will begin to focus directly on your goal as an athlete by making your strengths solid and your weaknesses stronger.

As stated at the beginning, You warm-up how you practice, and you practice how you play. Therefore, when training everything we do will be at a performance rate. As a professional athlete, we practiced at what you would call game speed, so that we it came time to perform everything came so much more easy. This same practice will be implemented during your training sessions.

Coach Daniel was great!! A true professional and I am excited to see my son progress in his passion.

Coach Griggs is just what I was looking for for my son. Joshua will be playing D1 football and he needs to know what will be expected of him at that level. My son works out hard. Therefore, I needed someone who worked even harder. Coach Griggs watches for proper technique and smooth ranges of motion. Coach Griggs is patient and encourages often so Joshua knows when he is performing correctly verses not. My son has only had 2 sessions with Coach Griggs and I am excited and am looking forward to many more. I am happy that I came across CoachUp.

Great coach. He helped my son to improve his skills. Every practice he improved. I really recommend Daniel

Coach Griggs has given me plenty to be excited about going forward. From exercises to diet to time management, I could not have asked for more in a personal football coach. He does the exercises with you and you can definitely tell he has your best interest in mind. He's genuinely a good guy and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE who is looking to take their athletic ability to the next level and beyond; including those who actually want to work out with a top level athlete.

Great communication skills. Really able to personalize my sons needs while giving classic instruction and technique.

The summer while I was sitting around Daniel came and got me in the weight room and on the field. My school now thinks I'm the best Line Backer because of how bigger and faster that I got from those weeks I trained with him. Bench press, squats, hundreds of pushups, sit-ups and six inch on abs all helped me become a better athlete.
I trained with Daniel during the summer when I was home from school. I played collegiate volleyball, soccer and softball. While training he consistently pushed me and motivated me to work my hardest to be the best in my sports. I used to have to talk myself into starting and finishing workouts, but with the help of Daniel I began completing workouts and would feel so accomplished when finished. Being whatever sports I was training for, he was always able to help me improve in speed, agility, and strength. My jumping went through the roof. I was touching 10 feet with the help of Daniel. He helped me to be more confident in myself, maintain, and improve my abilities. My mental game became stronger as I became more focused. I would go back to school and the things that used to be hard were now easy. He also taught me how to continue my workouts independently, and made himself available when needed. If I ever had a question he was always there to help. Even today, I now coach collegiate volleyball and I still ask Daniel for help. He is always there to help, and now I can help my athletes get better.
