What can a client expect from a typical session with you? Clients can expect a comprehensive, focused, and dynamic session that blends athletic training with personal development.
What do you focus on (specific drills or techniques)? I focus on foundational skills & techniques for man and zone coverage, run support, block shedding, and form tackling, along with mental and strategic aspects of the game.
Walk us through how you work out an athlete, so clients have a better sense of how you run a session. Sessions start with a warm-up and stretch, followed by position-specific drills like man and zone coverage techniques. We then move on to tackling and run support exercises, emphasizing proper form and technique. I incorporate scenario-based drills to simulate game situations, enhancing decision-making skills. Each session concludes with a cool-down, review, and motivational guidance, and personal experiences for holistic development.
