I have coached two years of Little League football while I was a student-athlete at UCLA. While acquiring advanced techniques at the college and professional level, I know I am capable of working with athletes of all ages in order to sharpen their skills to the best of their ability.

During high school, I competed in both football and track, which culminated in becoming ALL American in both sports. I was the first person in Virginia's history to become a 3X Virginia state champion in track and field. I also earned a full scholarship to UCLA in both football and track and field. I lettered all 4 Years, and earned 2nd team All Special Teams. More recently, I was signed to the Arizona Cardinals. I am currently ready to help other athletes, regardless of level, in achieving the pinnacle of their athletic success.

When conducting my session, I will begin with a 15 to 20 minute warm up followed by ladder drills combined with position specific drills. These exercises will focus on footwork as well as ball handling. During these drills, I will assess my clients's strengths and weaknesses to create the appropriate work out regimen.
