More About Coach Damien
I've been a personal trainer and athletic performance coach for 20 years now. I am truly passionate and committed to helping athletes improve their strength, speed, power and conditioning to make them excel at their sport.
With every session I include a dynamic warm up, injury prevention and core. We then go into our strength or speed and agility. Sessions are finished with a cool down that includes stretching and foam rolling.
What separates my sessions from others is my program design and attention to detail. I just don't do exercises and drills for the sake of doing them, everything has a purpose. I believe in being efficient and not wasting time or energy.

Level 1 USATF Coach
I played three sports in high school; football, basketball and track. In football I played quarterback and wide receiver. Basketball I was a forward/center. In track I ran the 400m.
Each session begins with a dynamic warm up and movement prep. Next is core/scapula-thoracic stabilization, neuromuscular stabilization and reactive neuromuscular.
The second section is where I focus on gait and movement mechanics. There isn't anything more important than form. My attention to detail is second to none. When I coach I pay close attention to my athletes to ensure they have the chance to be successful.
The next section is where we cover the given running for the day. I try to stress getting my athletes to feel there running splits. We finish up with some explosive core exercises, foam rolling or stretching.
