I have been working as a Strength and Conditioning coach for past the 8 years. Through these years I have worked on a full-time basis with the New York Redbulls, the LA Galaxy, Rutgers University (D-1 football), Naval Special Warfare Group Ten (Little Creek Base, Virginia Beach, Va), Don Bosco Prep (NJ- high school football team), along with having worked at a Parisi Speed School and for EXOS/Athletes Performance.
My certifications include - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certified.
I am experienced and work well with athletes (both male and female) of all ages and abilities. Performance training is my specialty.
I played college football at William Paterson University in NJ. I was a three year starter at Quarterback for the Pioneers, receiving all-conference honors my final season. In high school I was a multiple letter winner in Football, Basketball, and Track. I received all-county honors in both football and basketball.
You will receive two intro sessions. The first session which will last 30 minutes will be used to assess your current conditioning/ability. It will be used to establish goals, identify needs, and answer any questions you may have. The second session which will last an 55-60 minutes will be the first workout of your new exercise training program.
Once signed up for a goal oriented training package, you can expect sessions that include dynamic warmups, corrective exercises, core training, power and strength development, endurance training, along with goal specific or sports specific energy system development. Depending on the goal or need, drills to improve speed and agility will be incorporated in the workouts.
